The Rocky REA will provide electric Service within the rural service area to a consumer who:
(a) is approved as a member of the Association by the Board of Directors; and(b) will require electricity service for the purpose of new residential use and agricultural activities that are outside of a city or town. This includes all new rural subdivisions and additions to existing rural subdivisions as well as farms.
The Association will provide both single-phase and three-phase Electric Service. Each prospective Consumer shall be required to contact the Association and the Association shall determine membership eligibility.
